Rounded, richly flavored, sumptuous. Citrusy, pears and apples will remind you of Chardonnay. Just take a bottle and have an afternoon picnic.

Grape: A blend of grapes from the vineyard and our partner growers.

Production Method: Fermented to retain floral and fruit flavors. Lightly fined and filtered to enhance the fruit.

Sweetness: Dry

Alcohol: 12.5%

Serving Temperature: 50° - 58°

Ageability: 1-3 years

The vineyard is comprised of 6.5 acres of cold hardy American and American hybrid grapes. We are proud to be the first commercial vineyard and winery in Scott County, Minnesota.
