Off-Dry White Wine

Clear, lip smacking, thirst quenching. It is a blend of LaCrosse, Edelweiss and Prairie Star grapes. Our blend of Minnesota grapes. Perfect with fish and cheese, or just by itself! We call it our concentrated Minnesota sunshine.

Grape: A blend of grapes from the vineyard and our partner growers.

Production Method: Fermented to retain floral and fruit flavors.

Sweetness: Off-dry

Alcohol: 11.5%

Serving Temperature: 40° - 48°

Ageability: 1-3 years

The vineyard is comprised of 6.5 acres of cold hardy American and American hybrid grapes. We are proud to be the first commercial vineyard and winery in Scott County, Minnesota.
